Senior Trip

When: March 2-4, 2012 (Friday - Sunday)
Where: Pinegrove Dude Ranch in Kerhonkson, NY

5 people per room: $285 per person
6 people per room: $275 per person

All deposits and payments are nonrefundable.  Please be certain your student is attending the trip before you commit to payment.

Students must be at school on Friday March 2 before advisory (8:30am) to drop off their luggage in room 336.  All bags will be checked.  Any illegal materials (not limited to but including drugs, alcohol, and weapons) in a student's possession will cause a student to be sent home at their parent's expense and all money will be forfeited.
The cost of senior trip is inclusive.  Students do not need to bring additional money on the trip unless they want to participate in paintball ($30), arcade games, or purchase goods at the gift shop.

Required materials to attend senior trip:
-Signed rooming list
-DOE permission slip
-LoMA permission slip (instruction sheet attached at the bottom of the page)
-Medical form signed by a physician
-Blue card
-Balance paid in full
-Textbooks and library books returned or paid for
